Bridegroom divorces new wife after he discovered she had videoed their wedding night and hotel employee posted intimate footage online

Pretty off putting behaviour I must say. I guess she figured that being married, she had a right to make a sex video without the husband’s knowledge. What a hard way to find out that he would have liked his privacy respected.

A husband divorced his wife after he  discovered she had secretly filmed their wedding night and a hotel employee had  posted the intimate footage online.

The groom , who has not been named, filed for  divorced on the grounds his wife had violated his privacy following the incident  in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

According to the Saudi news site Okaz Al  Youm, the bride, a Gulf national, had secretly set the video camera up in their  marital suite and recorded almost an hour of them consummating the  marriage.

But she forgot the camera and it was found by  a hotel employee who, after watching the footage, posted it online.

After it was discovered by police an  investigation was launched and within a matter of hours the couple and the hotel  employee were all arrested.

While the groom was not found to have  committed a crime and allowed to go home, the bride and the employee were  remanded in custody.

But before leaving the police station the  groom insisted on divorcing his bride and is allegedly taking legal action  against her.
